About Me

I am an experienced Executive Director, Consulting Leader, Board Advisor and Investor with a deep understanding of what it takes to scale, optimise, and successfully transition professional services businesses. Over the last 25 years, I have worked across large, global consulting firms and high-growth boutique consultancies, guiding leadership teams through complex strategic challenges, ownership changes, and high-value transactions.

As the Founder and Partner at Ryver Partnership, I now focus on helping consulting businesses and investors identify and execute the critical drivers of value—whether accelerating growth, improving operational efficiency, or preparing for an exit.  Since 2021, I have worked with over 30 investors, entrepreneurs, advisors, and consulting firms to optimise their organisations for long-term success.

Previously, as Managing Partner of Moorhouse, I was part of the leadership team that successfully led a management buyout (MBO) from BT and a trade sale to Expleo, transforming the business from a £5m firm to £34m+ in revenue while diversifying its sector and service offering. This experience reinforced my belief that strong leadership, operational discipline, and a commitment to people development are fundamental to sustainable growth.

Beyond consulting, I have worked across major international markets, delivering transformation programmes for FTSE 100 organisations, global financial institutions, and government agencies—including GSK, Visa, the Bank of England, and the Abu Dhabi Government. My approach blends strategic insight, hands-on execution, and a deep passion for developing extraordinary leaders.
